Keeno Coming Home

Keeno came home last Wednesday, after a trip to the vet. When I arrived at the place Keeno was boarded I got to meet his previous owners, which are the nicest people I have ever met. We groomed Keeno and Lilly (Keeno’s mom); then, it was time to load him.  He walked right in the trailer—no problem. After arriving at the vet, I walked him out of the trailer and right into the vet barn, where there was a stall waiting for him. He was going to get gelded but only one testicle had dropped, because he is so young. Instead of getting gelded, he got his first vaccines. Then he jumped back in the trailer to come to his new home. When we got to his new home, he walked out of the trailer and went to the stall that I had prepared for him. He was a little antsy but that was expected because he was just weaned and separated from his mom. The next morning he had calmed down a lot. He is a very curious baby and learns really fast. I am so excited to be partners with such a great horse! Thank you Redina and John!
